The Pine tree apartment house is ideal for 2 persons. Its floor area is 38 m2 and it consists of the entrance hall with the wardrobe, bathroom with the shower, spacious bedroom with two beds and a desk, kitchen & living room equipped with the kitchen range, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, grill, as well as with bar table & chairs and an extensible sofa. SAT-TV is at your disposal and the use of Internet is an option. The garden terrace in front of the house is tiled and equipped with a garden set.

Position

The apartment house is nicely placed in a quiet garden under old pine trees. It is approximately 70 meters away from a beautiful pebble beach, and about 200 m away from two grocery stores, the post-office, the local doctor’s office, church, sculpture gallery, tourist office, pastry shops, coffee bars and restaurants.
