House have a bathroom with washing machine and is completely air-conditioned.

Nice shadow fenced yard is about 20m2 big and has a table and chairs for 6 people for breakfast and lunch outdoor. Barbecue is on the guest's disposal also.

The House is nicely placed in a quiet part of Silba, a few minutes walking distance from centre od vilage and nice sandy beach on Sotorisce bay.
