Quietly situated and charming house with a nice and pleasant yard, the surface of 80 m2. House have completely equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster). Comfortable living room with SAT TV, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds).
House have a big bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer.

House is completely air-conditioned.

Nice shadow fenced yard is about 20m2 big and has a table and chairs for 6 people for breakfast and lunch outdoor. Barbecue is on the guest's disposal also.

The House is nicely placed in a quiet part of Silba, a few minutes walking distance from centre od vilage and nice sandy beach on Sotorisce bay.
